On tap now at the Lake Monster Brewing taproom: Apricot Gose!
This take on the tart German wheat beer is made with the traditional coriander and sea salt, as well as a huge dose of Apricot puree.
The result is tart and fruity, with a huge Apricot nose and a pleasing hint of salinity on the finish. Sweet fruit up front but with a dry finish, the sea salt helps clean your pallet and makes you want to take another sip right away.
This limited release is draft-only. A few kegs will be making it around town to some of your favorite beer bars, but to make sure you can try some come down to the taproom.
